Lena Layla

My name is Lena Layla and I truly believe that within your pelvis,

there’s a wild generator of power, energy, vitality, and orgasmic

potential!

Why do I believe that? Because after years of suffering from

pain in my genital area, experiencing difficulties and emotional

wounds in my sexuality, and being unable to reach orgasm —

I discovered that things can be different.

Why? Because I healed myself — and have since supported tens of

thousands of people — women, men, and couples — to overcome

sexual challenges, increase pleasure and orgasmic capacity, and

reconnect to their bodies using the unique method I developed: the Orgasmic Pelvic Method (OP for short).

This method focuses on somatic (body-based) practices and activation exercises for the pelvis and the erotic muscles within it — the muscles that control and regulate your erection, ejaculation, orgasm, and pleasure! It weaves together the physical, emotional, mental, and energetic aspects of your sexuality — all through the body.

I’ve been a movement teacher for over 15 years, and taught Pilates for about 8 years (that’s where my deep — some might say obsessive — love for pelvises began). I’ve studied Thai massage, Tantra, and somatic sexology (body-based sexuality), Paula Method (pelvic release through the body's sphincters), and I currently teach at the International Somatic Sexology Institute.

I trained in erotic and physiological pelvic anatomy, and eventually combined all these worlds into my own approach: the OP method.

It helps with:
