Cancellation & Refund Policy
Here is how cancellations and refunds work at YouTantra, in plain words. This policy is for purchases made on our website.
1. Courses
If a course's sale page mentions this refund policy, you can ask for a full refund within 14 calendar days of buying it. You don't need a special reason. If the course turns out not to be for you, just let us know.
Requests that reach us after the 14 days are not eligible for a refund.
2. How to ask for a refund
Send us an email at info@youtantra.com with the email address you used to buy and the name of the course. That's all we need.
Would you rather switch to a different course than get your money back? Tell us in the same email and we'll see how to move your payment over.
Once your refund is approved, the money goes back to the payment method you used. This usually takes 7 to 14 business days, and sometimes a little longer depending on your bank. If it hasn't arrived after that, please check with your bank, and write to us if you still need a hand.
3. Membership
You can cancel your Membership at any time. Cancelling stops future payments.
Refunds for Membership payments follow what is written on the Membership page when you join.
To cancel, email us at info@youtantra.com from the address on your account. We'll process your request within 48 hours of getting your email. If we take longer than that, the date and time of your email counts as your cancellation date.
4. Charged by mistake, and chargebacks
If you think a charge was a mistake, please write to us at info@youtantra.com before you contact your bank. It lets us look into it and put it right quickly.
If a chargeback is started anyway, it is handled under the rules of the card network and the banks involved. How long it takes, and the result, are decided by that process.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the law, or with your bank or payment provider.
5. Questions
Anything unclear? Write to us and a real person will get back to you.
