About this course
Most couples are told they should grow closer, but never taught how. This course gives you the framework that's missing: a clear path that takes you from disconnection to deep, embodied intimacy, one step at a time.
The Roadmap to Intimacy weaves together four kinds of intimacy - emotional, physical, sensual, and sexual. You can start from the very foundation and build from the ground up, or return to "remodel" the specific areas that need attention. Either way, you move at your own pace, in the privacy of your own home.
Think of it less as a class and more as a couple's retreat you can take from your living room, with lifetime access, so you can revisit any step whenever your relationship calls for it.
What You're Actually Struggling With
You're not alone.
These are the most common challenges many couples face,
and exactly what this program addresses:
Feeling disconnected
You may share a home and a life, yet the closeness has quietly faded. You miss feeling truly seen, wanted, and emotionally safe.
Stress spilling over
The pressures of life land on the relationship, and too often you take that stress out on each other instead of finding refuge in one another.
Not knowing the "how"
You both want more, but there's no framework, no map. So you stay stuck, unsure which step actually comes next.
Goal-Oriented Touch
Affection has narrowed to the bedroom. The playful, sensual, full-body connection that once existed has slowly disappeared.
Sensing there's more
Even when things feel "fine," you both know there's a deeper level of passion and presence available - you just haven't found the door to it.
The Truth Is: Real intimacy isn't a destination, it's a structure you build together.
Without emotional safety, even a lovemaking session can still feel like a transaction. The pleasure you're reaching for at the end depends entirely on the connection you build at the beginning.
Picture a building: physical, sensual, and sexual intimacy are the floors, and emotional intimacy is the elevator that reaches them all. Without it, the trip up never quite feels safe.
When the foundation is solid, you can visit any floor - playful, sensual, deeply erotic, because you have the emotional capital to move freely, together.

What You'll Experience in This Program
This isn't a lecture series. It's a guided, hands-on journey through every layer of intimacy, with exercises you do together at your own pace.
-
Build emotional safety
Communication techniques and guided conversation starters that replace withholding and resentment with generosity, openness, and trust.
-
Regulate and reconnect
Gentle, effective exercises that build strength, release tension, and restore natural function, going far beyond basic Kegels
-
Rediscover sensual touch
Learn the art of flirting, non-genital touch, and full-body sensation, expanding your options for connection far beyond the bedroom.
-
Awaken embodied eroticism
Move from transactional sex into authentic, embodied intimacy - circulating excitement and exploring fantasy inside a container of safety.
-
Go at your own pace
Watch a little each night or each week, pause, and revisit any chapter that needs more fine-tuning. A private retreat you and your partner can return to whenever the relationship calls for it.

Learn from a Certified Therapists
Dr. JENNI SKYLER and DANIEL LEBOWITZ

This course is led by Dr. Jenni Skyler and Daniel Lebowitz, co-directors of The Intimacy Institute and a married couple who have spent over 16 years guiding couples toward deeper connection - drawing on professional training, clinical practice, and their own life together as partners and parents.
Dr. Jenni Skyler (PhD, LMFT, C-PST) is a licensed marriage and family therapist and an internationally certified sex therapist, with a doctorate in Clinical Sexology and a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy. Daniel Lebowitz (M.A., LMFT) is a bilingual sex therapist and licensed marriage and family therapist who creates a safe space for couples and individuals to explore intimacy and reshape patterns that no longer serve them.
Together they blend clinical sex therapy, Internal Family Systems, and solution-focused skills into one integrated method, addressing the real places couples bump up against each other around sex and connection. In the safety and structure of a roadmap, couples can finally feel the momentum - they understand the step they're on, and the one that comes next. The result is the same depth you'd find in their private couples retreats, now available in the safety of your own home.
